Our Story
Our story began in 2015 when the core team at PowerClick worked for an HR and learning technology company created to explore new ways of developing people and measuring learning impact. The company received funding from institutional investors, including Enterprise Ireland and worked at the intersection of HR, L&D, analytics, and technology.
Over the years, one challenge became increasingly clear: HR professionals are surrounded by data, but many traditional training programmes are not designed around the way HR actually works.
