Built by HR.
Built for HR.

Our Story
Powerclick.pro was born out of a real HR challenge — not a strategy workshop.
While working within the HR team of a financial institution, our founders faced the familiar pressure of tight budgets, limited timelines, and growing expectations for data-driven decision-making. Rather than accepting a lengthy and expensive consulting proposal, they built a fully functional people analytics solution in just one week using Power BI.
The alternative offered by external consultants was a less capable solution with a six-figure price tag and a ten-month delivery timeline.
The internally built solution didn’t just compete — it delivered faster, better results at a fraction of the cost.
That experience revealed a clear insight: most HR teams face very similar reporting challenges, yet many are still paying for overly complex, overpriced solutions.
Since then, we have helped numerous organisations transform their HR reporting in a way that is faster, simpler, and significantly more cost-effective.

What We Do
We provide ready-to-use, professional HR dashboards designed around real business needs.
After working with many HR teams, one pattern became obvious: the core reporting requirements are remarkably similar across organisations. Yet companies repeatedly start from scratch, investing time and budget into building solutions that already exist elsewhere.
We believe there is a smarter way.
Our dashboards are pre-built, battle-tested, and designed specifically for HR decision-makers. They are ready to deploy quickly and have a proven track record of delivering measurable return on investment. Instead of long development cycles, you gain clarity and insight within weeks, not months.
We follow a structured and proven implementation approach that ensures predictable results and long-term client satisfaction.

How We Do It
Our philosophy is built around smart simplicity.
Instead of creating complex systems that are expensive to maintain, we build our dashboards in Microsoft Power BI — a powerful and widely adopted platform that many organisations already use. We deliberately keep the technical architecture straightforward to ensure long-term maintainability and internal ownership.
While real-time data sounds impressive, most small to medium-sized HR teams do not require it. What they truly need is reliable, actionable insight without unnecessary infrastructure or cost. That is why we encourage teams to leverage the built-in export capabilities of the systems they already use and implement structured refresh cycles that match real business needs.
This approach significantly reduces implementation costs, eliminates vendor lock-in, and ensures that your organisation remains fully in control of its data. The result is a sustainable, transparent, and scalable solution designed to support HR teams for the long term.
